CANCELLATION POLICY

Here are some important policies to help keep our schedule running smoothly: -Cancellations: If you find you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any fees. This gives me a chance to fill your spot and accommodate other clients who are hoping to get in. - Late Cancellations: If you need to cancel within 24 hours, the fee increases to 35%. These fees help cover the loss incurred from last-minute changes. - No-Shows:If you don’t show up for your scheduled appointment and haven’t notified me in advance, a 50% fee will be charged to your account.
